Returns (a.k.a. no hard feelings)
Changed your mind? No stress. You’ve got 5 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible:
• Item must be in the same condition you got it (unworn, unused, tags still on, original packaging).
• Receipt or proof of purchase (a screenshot works fine).

Once approved, we’ll take care of the rest.
Defective / Wrong Items
If your order shows up defective, or just not what you ordered, contact us right away. We’ll make it right.
What Can’t Be Returned
• Items marked as final sale
• Worn, washed, or damaged items (that aren’t a result of our error)
• Items without original tags/packaging
Exchanges
Want something else? The fastest way is to return your item → once approved, place a new order for what you want.
The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the date your exchange is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if it’s approved.
Post approval, we will process the refund within 3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
